Do I need WP Staff Planner to use this?
Yes, WP Route Optimiser is an add-on that requires WP Staff Planner. It reads your jobs from Staff Planner and saves the optimised order back to it. If you don't have Staff Planner yet, you'll need to purchase that first (£99 one-time).
How accurate are the route calculations?
Very accurate. We use real UK road network data and factor in traffic conditions to calculate the most efficient routes for your daily jobs.
Can I set different start locations for each staff member?
Yes. You can set a central depot location, or configure individual start postcodes for each staff member if they start from home. You can also choose whether routes should return to the starting point.
What if the algorithm gets it wrong?
You have full control. After optimisation, you can drag and drop jobs to reorder them manually. Sometimes you know things the algorithm doesn't, like that one customer who's always late!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. There's no long-term commitment. If Route Optimiser isn't saving you time and money, simply cancel from your account.
How long does optimisation take?
Usually 1-3 seconds, depending on the number of jobs. We cache postcode lookups to speed up repeat calculations, so subsequent optimisations are even faster.
